Gameweek 20 of the Premier League season carries us into the New Year, and there are six fixtures to kick off the action throughout Saturday, 30th December, including Nottingham Forest vs Manchester United.

As we approach the end of the calendar year, the second half of the 2023/24 Premier League campaign gets underway in Gameweek 20, and there are six fixtures to kick things off throughout Saturday.
The early kick-off sees in-form Luton Town welcome Chelsea to Kenilworth Road at 12:30. The Hatters come into the tie off the back of two successive wins over Newcastle and Sheffield United, while Mauricio Pochettino‘s Blues returned to winning ways with a 2-1 victory over Crystal Palace in midweek, following on from their 2-1 defeat to Wolves on Christmas Eve.
High-flying Aston Villa are in action against Burnley in one of four three o’clock kick-offs, and they come into the clash off the back of throwing away a 2-0 lead over Manchester United to lose 3-2. Vincent Kompany’s side find themselves on the opposite half of the table, in 19th, with just one win in their last five.
Manchester City are also in three o’clock action against relegation strugglers Sheffield United. The Blades are currently bottom of the table, seven points from safety, while City are just six points off the top with a game in hand.
Struggling duo Crystal Palace and Brentford go head-to-head in the capital at the same time too, whilst in-form bottom half sides Wolves and Everton face off at Molineux.
After fighting from behind to beat Aston Villa in midweek, Manchester United bring Saturday’s action to a close against Nottingham Forest at the City Ground. The Reds recorded their first win in seven against Newcastle last time out, as United’s win marked an end to their four game winless run.
