Pep Guardiola has stated he desires to handle a nationwide group at a serious event earlier than he retires from teaching.
Guardiola has a contract at Manchester City till 2025 and has not dominated out signing an extension.

He has beforehand been linked to roles with Brazil, England and the United States and stated he wish to take cost at a serious event -- the World Cup, European Championship or Copa America -- earlier than the top of his profession.
Requested by ESPN Brasil what was left for him to attain, Guardiola stated: "A national team. I would like to train a national team for a World Cup or a European Championship. I would like that."

"I wish to have the expertise of residing by means of a World Cup, or a Euro or a Copa América, or no matter it's. I would really like that.
"I don't know when that would be, if that is five, 10, 15 years from now but I would like to have the experience of being a manager in a World Cup."
