He will be at the club until 2027
FC Barcelona has renewed the deal of youth defender Sergi Domínguez, who will stay at the club until 2027.
The 19-year-old has made several appearances for Barça Atlètic this season and will be a full-time member of the B team starting next season.
Domínguez was born in Barcelona and has progressed through La Masia to earn his current status. He is a Spanish youth international, and could play a big part in Spain’s campaign at this year’s UEFA European Under-19 Championship.
His main position is center-back, although he can play right-back as well, being right-footed. He will turn 20 next April.
