The teenager could move clubs
Barcelona have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Real Betis left winger Assane Diao.
Gerard Romero reports that Betis are willing to sell the 18-year-old for around 15 million euros this summer.
Diao made his debut for the club this season and went on to make 23 appearances in all competitions for Los Verdiblancos.
He would be a low-cost option for Barcelona who are believed to be keen to bring in a new left winger for the 2024-25 season.
Dani Olmo, Nico Williams and Luis Diaz have all been mentioned, but all three have lofty price tags which will make life difficult for Barca.
Diao scored on his La Liga debut back in September against Granada and again in his next game in the Spanish top flight against Valencia.
He then went on to score his first ever European goal in a Europa League tie against Sparta Prague but then didn’t find the net again last season for Manuel Pellegrini’s side.
